Frequently Asked Questions

Answering Your Queries about the RBC

If your question isn’t currently included on this page, reach out to a member of the Revitalise support team and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

How do I access my RBC Network Membership?

Once you have registered as a member, paid your membership fee, and set up your direct debit, you will receive a joining call from the RBC team to explain the next step in your membership.

How long is my membership term?

Membership is paid every month through direct debit. However, we recommend you are a member of the Revitalise Business Community for at least 6 months. Building strong business relationships takes time – this will enable you to build rapport and trust with your fellow members.

What happens if I cannot attend a meeting/session?

With so many events in a variety of geographical locations, we understand that you may not be able to attend them all. We take a flexible approach to networking, so there are no penalties for missing a meeting and you do not need to send a substitute.

We do ask that if you have already registered for a meeting and find yourself unable to attend, you inform a member of our team.

Do you have a lock-out clause?

Revitalise is built upon collaboration between business owners, so we do not lock out specific roles or industries if there is someone already present in the group.

I am a member – how can I take advantage of delivering a Member’s Spotlight session?

A Member’s Spotlight session is a great opportunity to educate fellow RBC members on who you are, what you do and how you can help. If you would like to deliver one, please send an email to [email protected] with your request.

Is the RBC Membership open to every type of business?

As a network that functions both locally in Scotland and globally, the RBC membership welcomes all types of businesses, including business leaders, entrepreneurs, business owners, SME developers, and national and multinational organisations.

The RBC Membership is home to a diverse and inclusive community. We accept individuals who identify as a businessperson, regardless of age, career stage, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or gender.

Can I pay for my RBC membership in instalments?

Yes, you can pay for membership for a six-month duration as one lump sum, or you pay for your membership each month via direct debit.

Please note that the membership Terms and Conditions are full and binding, even if cancelled during the 6-month term.

How much does it cost to attend a Revitalise business event as a non-member?

There is a ticket price of £15 for guests to attend either our Online Global Event or one of our Revitalise Local events in Glasgow, Ayrshire, or Aberdeen.

Alternatively, if you are invited as a guest of one of our Revitalise members, your ticket is free.

Are there any speakers at the Revitalise Business Events?

Education is a main component of the RBC membership, and so is always a huge focus at each of our events.

There will be a Signature Speaker at each of our Online Global Events, who will deliver a presentation around the event topic. Each of the Revitalise Local events includes a spotlight presentation by one of our members about their business.
